Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Modence website and your purchase of any products offered through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All prices are listed in Jamaican dollars (JMD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Product imagery and finishes are represented as accurately as possible; slight variation between screens and physical pieces is normal.

Shipping is flexible and is arranged individually for each order. Delivery method, timing, and any costs will be discussed and agreed with you when you place your order.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Only unopened pieces in their original packaging may be returned, and only within 3 days of delivery.

Made-to-order and installed items are not eligible for return.

We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and to fulfil orders. We do not sell your personal information.
